No, there is no additional fee for set-up. Set-up is included in our rate. We arrive 30-45 minutes prior to our start time. If additional time is required or requested additional fees will apply.

If your event is taking place within the SF Bay Area, the rate for travel is included in the rates quoted. If there is an additional travel fee it will be clearly stated within correspondence.

Yes, of course! There is no charge for sheet music that can be found for free. If we can find music to play from, then the music cost is typically $10-20 per song.  If we cannot play off the music score due to the arrangement lacking essential elements for the group combination, then the music will need to get arranged. The cost to arrange music is $50-$175 per song arrangement.

You can always make a request, but we cannot guarantee that those particular musicians will be available. To reserve a specific musician may incur additional fees.

"Bellarosa" is actually the last name of a violin-maker who resides in Rome, Italy. Ivy has a small collection of instruments made by this luthier. Since it is a last name, we decided to honor the maker's last name by keeping it one word.
